My personal recommendation is that if you're looking for a new apartment: Stay as far away from this property and other properties own by fingers in the Houston area. This apartment complex is in really bad shape; there's poor security, cracked side-walks, dark hallways, water leaks, elevators that do not work, limited parking space, and a smelly carpet on the hallways. It’s a wonder how they stay in business without the Houston Housing Authority shutting them down.\r
And differently from other apartments, once you sign a lease with them you’re stuck for the full term of the entire lease even if you have a pressing issue that is forcing you to end the lease agreement before its time. In most other apartments, they will ask for a percentage of the lease, 2-3 months of rent, and/or they will attempt negotiate a deal to let you off you’re lease if you need to (but not these folks).\r
This is the only apartment complex that I know which requires a 60 day notice to vacate, as oppose to a 30 day notice like most apartments in the Houston area. By the way, everything else that other people are commenting its true- they are full of insects and rats. It is by far, the worse place to live and their customer service stinks.\r
