the parts and service staff were all very helpful on the repairs to my bike.. the staff seemed to know the answers to most of the questions i had.. got all my parts when promised, cannot speak for watercraft though.. if you spend that much money on a machine, you might want to check the fluids yourself if they are really that valuable to you, instead of trusting that someone else did your job as an owner..
