I purchase a used Lexus in 2011, I ask that they realign the car and place brand new tires on the car. They kept the auto for 5 days, when I got it back I quickly noticed it wasn't aligned properly, so back to the shop we went. Less than 1 year later we began having the same problems, 1 month out of my warranty, I took the car to Lexus, $600 later for the service job, I was told by Lexus the people who tried to align the car used the wrong bolts, which cause the two front tire to wear with less than 6K miles, and could have done severe damage if I had kept driving. I ask Qchevrolet, if they would make it right. They told me they would, by paying 1/2. Half would have been $500, which would have included the alignment fix and the new tires I had to purchase. After going round and round with their service manager Chuck. I was place at a too bad there's nothing more they are willing to do. RUN!
