The most wonderful of all shoe repair establishments! The owner insists on fixing your shoes correctly, quickly, and for a great price! All he asks is that if you don't like something, you give him the chance to make it right. Aleksandr is very honest, reasonable, and efficient. I have been going to him for last 8 years. He has fixed everything that he could, and told me honestly about the ones he couldn't. Don't be passive aggressive. If you tell him what you want, he will make it so! BTW - He fixes purse strap lengths very nicely as well.
