After my tenant called PSE, who said the Furnace was shot, Larry came by calm and relax and said, ""Lets take a look."" After testing a few things - he concluded it just needed a good maintenance cleaning and changed the filters that were filthy and cleaned the pilot light. (also very dirty)
Thankfully - Started up like a champ. Can't say enough good things about him. Fair price, honest and not intimidating. Like calling a friend's dad in. Very trustworthy.
Oh and he apparently will give free advice on the phone to help eliminate an unnecessary call. This is old school customer service......Bravo Larry.
