I would like to direct this to John, the manager at the Talmadge office in toledo ohio. I have been trying to find out how much I owe. I was going to have 4 implants but decided on two instead. I cannot seem to get my bill straightened out with the two molars not being done. Chase Health told me to have aspen call them telling what I wasn't having done and they would take that amount off of the bill and aspen in turn would reimburse chase.
