I have never felt so ripped off in my life! I called this H&R Block and asked what it would cost to have my taxes done. I told the lady on the phone that I owned a house and had two children. She told me that it would cost $129-$239. So I went to H&R Block, it took Lisa less than 30 minutes to due my taxes. Than she told me that I owed $319, I just about fell out of my chair. Had I been told that on the phone I never would have stepped foot into and H&R Block office. I told her that that was crazy and she said she would do me a favor and give me $20 off. Big deal! I had to pay $289 for less than 25 minutes of work.
