Horrible customer service!! When I signed up the salon manager said my card wasn't working so she kept swiping it. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my card and I was changed 3 times for the first month. They refused to give my money back and told me they'd continue to charge me my monthly membership fee and give me a free upgrade for 3 months....it isn't free if I just paid for it. Then when I decided to cancel they charged me for an additional month and then froze my account rather than closing it charging me $7.50 every month for three more months after, again refusing to refund my money! Instead they told me I could come in and use it on lotion. I canceled my membership 3 months ago, what do I need tanning lotion for? Stay away from these shady characters unless you like having your money stolen. Staff was also really unhelpful. Whenever I came in I'd usually have to stand there waiting at least 10-15 minutes before anyone would come to the front desk.
