This is the worst alarm company ever, with the absolute worst customer service. The alarm has been chirping interminably for over three weeks. When I tried to schedule an appointment, they said that I would have to wait another three weeks. When placed on their wait-list for any cancellations, they tell me that they are going to be there at 2 in the afternoon and then arrive a noon when I am at work. Or, they tell me they were there, but never contact me. I am about to cancel my service with them...goodbye and good riddance.
