The selection of films here is very good, but the quality of the service is truly horrendous.
I held a ticket for my wife at the door, but the woman taking tickets did not take down her name. When my wife came, she accused her of lying. You never do that do a customer. I had to leave the theater to see what was going on when my wife didn't show up. I missed 3 minutes of the movie and my wife missed 15 minutes of the film. The manager was not nice or helpful at all. This is not how you should be treating your customers!
