My daughter had an appt to see Dr. Mustard in the spring. It was the first beautiful sunny day in a long time. I had requested to take off from work for the appt- this required that I go in on Saturday to make up the time I missed from work. They left me a message at work about 1 1/2 hours before the appt asking to move up my appt for the next 1/2 hour. I tried to return the call and it kept going to voice-mail. So I left a message that I could not get their earlier and wanted to keep my appt time. I did not hear anything back from them. I left work, picked up my daughter and then went to the Avon Gentle Dentist Office. It was completely shut down!!! I could not believe that I had been stood up for a dental appt??? I paged Dr. Mustard and left him many messages explaining what he and his office had done and requested a call back with an explanation (an apology would have been nice). Dr. Mustard did not return my page or phone message. I ended up having to go in to work on Saturday to make up the time I missed so that Dr. Mustard could close shop early and enjoy the good weather. When I rescheduled the appt and explained what had transpired to the office staff they were not in the least apologetic. They were extremely rude. We will never go back.
