This is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered do NOT do business with them I REPEAT do not do business with them. I order a package with them on Friday paid for my package to be mailed the next day paying $180 just for shipping it did not come. Before I purchased the product it said order in the next 14 min and recieve your product on the 14th (which was the next day) spoke with Amazon they seen the same thing. Sent an email called multiple times no return. Finally woke up Monday with forward message from them with my tracking info. Called them and the man who was working looked my order up and said he didn't know it was not going to get to me by the next day after I paid $180.00. He refused to refund or compensate after his mistake instead he proceeded to yell at me the customer and then hung up on me. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
