Everyone at the dealership was exceptionally nice and helpful. From our initial conversation with Jada - setting up our appointment and communicating with us up to the point of our arrival to Brian Williams, our salesman, who was very helpful and generous with his time. He gave us honest answers about the cars we inquired about, both new and used. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood our specific situation and what we were trying to accomplish. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable without feeling the ""pressure"" we have experienced at other dealerships. Rob was really nice and helped Brian accomplish our goals, exploring a number of different options for us to choose from. Bill was thorough and talked straight to us - not over our heads as has happened elsewhere when it came time to talk finance. He went over all the charges in detail (a few times for some of the charges). :) From start to finish, the experience was great! We will definitely recommend Lou Fusz.\r
