I loved my apartment! It was small and cozy. The area I was in was so practical for all my needs. My neighbors were awesome and I never had any situation with them!\r
Everything is in a great location. Target, Dollar Tree, Shell Station, Bus Line (Night Owl as well), Randalls, and even an Late Night Clinic is in walking distance. But the new management is horrible and I had to leave.\r
I ended up breaking my lease in October due to some family issues and I just recieved a bill 2 days ago, and I just called the apartments to set up a payment plan..Well to find out Corporate sent me out to a Collections Agency! How do you send my bill out when I have not even received it yet! I do not care for paying it! I broke my lease! I am not paying nothing to a collections when you did not put in the paper work in a timely manner. \r

Marsha was the old Manager of the apartments and she was the best thing that they had. Screw you guys.\r
