I was left waiting in a room by myself after being seen today by a medical assistant for an 1 hour and 10 minutes. Finally, I got fed up with waiting and really needed to use the restroom so I just got up and walked out of the waiting room. My doctor was on the other side of the door, so I apologized and she said just go. I thought this was very rude because i've been to this office several times and have waited long times before. (about 45 minutes last time) and never receive an apology or ""thank you for being patient"". The waiting room was practically empty when I arrived. The doctor isn't very attentive, and I have to ask most of the questions. I feel like I am being judged and most of the time the solution is to hand me a paper sheet with information and send me on my way. The office staff are nice, friendly and I appreciate that. However, the lab tech is not very friendly and twice I have been to her to get a blood draw/urine sample and she is not wearing gloves.
