Took my 97 Expedition there. Had it towed in. Would turn over, but not start. Was expecting to hear about an expensive bill. Mike told me that the computer chip in the key fell out. He reprogramed the car - $47 later, I'm out of there. I trust them and appreciate their expertise. All done is less than 30 min. Did not have to wait all day. That is very rare in Santa Clarita.
