Don't be surprised if these people run a different amount from your credit card than you authorized and then refuse to correct or issue you a credit (or even a receipt!) And you will probably not like your glasses either. The optometrist seems very nice and thorough, but the office staff and those who are ultimately responsible for making sure your glasses are a good fit and the correction is in the proper place within the lenses are incompetent and hostile. Actually, only the office manager behaves this way, but her open hostility infects everything else. Find somewhere else to get your glasses. And to the optometrist, find somewhere else to hang your credentials.
