I have had varied results from using different plumbers in Gainesville. I had an emergency flooded bathroom at night and called them since I knew someone would answer 24/7. They took my information politely and a technician was sent out within 40 min. It was late and the plumber I was sent was very courteous, listened to my concerns and I was honestly pleased with him. I told him that due to another flood issue I had 2 years ago, I was particularly sensitive to further damage and floods. He took extra precaution as he took out my toilet, walked back and forth on the wood floors, etc. It was as clean a job as he could make it.
The negative is that this was fixed for a week and I have had the same toilet overflow again tonight. I have called Roto-Rooter to come out tomorrow for I think they will need to go even further than their initial 90 feet to clear the line. I will hope to have the same professional experience with them.
