My family and I signed up at the Post Oak Mall, in College Station. The gentlemen that signed us up was very informative and professional. He gave us a certificate to take with us for our photo shoot appt. We received a post card in the mail three days before our scheduled appt. (very informative post card, told us what to expect and what to bring) The reminder was great. The day before our actual appt. We received a phone call from the home office to remind us of our schedule and to ask if we had any questions regarding our appt. I am loving this so far. We arrived at our appointment and they were behind schedule about 15 minutes, however they informed us of the wait time and offered us either magazines to look through or the option to shop the mall and they would call our cell phone when it was our turn. Of course my wife opted for the shopping. We received our call within about 10 minutes and my wife went back by herself as I kept our children occupied so my wife could be spoiled and pampered as the coupon promised. Within about 25 minutes my wife called and said she was ready to begin the photo session. Wow! She looked amazing! We were allowed to bring 3 wardrobe changes, so we got into our first outfit and they must have taken 15-20 poses in the first outfit. The photographer was so great with our children. She was very patient with the baby. He is teething and it just wasn't a great day for him. Once we had the family and the children done my wife and I took some great pictures. Everyone on the team was very helpful keeping our children occupied while my wife and I had our special time with the photographer. After we finished with the photographer we were told to step to the viewing area. Wow! Our pictures are ready to be viewed? Unbelievable! We didn't have to come back to look at pictures. That is great because I travel for my company and I am gone most weekends, so I knew I would not get to make a decision on our portraits. This was the first time I got the opportunity to make a choice on our portraits since the children came into the picture. I love this company. We got to choose exactly what we wanted and then they even gave us a couple of payment options. You know I am very happy with Platinum Portrait Studios and the team from beginning to end. I am also thankful to Post Oak Mall for finding this company and having them service our mall for Christmas.
