DON'T BE FOOLED BY their " Stunning New Interiors". It's nothing more than cheap laminate on the counter tops that, when humid, starts to come unglued. The fixtures are cheap and from Walmart. The floor tiles are not tile, but cheap laminate to look like tile. The apartments are old. They are not properly insulated, so in the winter it gets cold. The windows are cheap and let out all the heat, thus making your electric bill VERY HIGH. Water heaters are old and have rust in the water. Since the walls are not properly insulated, you can hear everything that is going on in the apartment if you are walking in the hallway. The ceiling, DOES NOT HAVE cement, but very old wood floor boards. Management likes to put obese people on the third floor. So if you live underneath an obese person, beware. It is extremely loud with the floor creaking, cracking, and their stomping. Also, the police are constantly here because of the constant drug use in these apartments. This apartment complex is like a
