I have been taking all of my pets to this clinic for years, last month when I dropped one of my dogs off for surgery the people in the morning were wonderful and very friendly, but when I picked her up in the afternoon it was a different situation. The two girls at the front desk were very rude not only to me but to eachother, it made me feel unwelcome.
