My husband and I read the one bad review with our jaws hanging open. How can this reviewer be talking about the same Gary who has kept our VWs on the road for decades at a fraction of the cost of dealer service? Compassionate, sweet, soft-spoken Gary? This is some crazy sort of interpersonal snafu. Gary is hard of hearing. Maybe that's the problem, this guy hasn't clued in on that yet. Anyway, if you like VWs, and you like buying used cars, this is the only place I would consider it. Gary's got an impregnable moral center, and will find a good car at a fair price, and one that won't require constant servicing. A car man you can trust. Worth his weight in gold.
