Horrible service and attitude. These people think their stuff don't stink. I simply wanted to get a replacement box for engagement ring but they said they couldn't help me because I didn't purchase the ring at their location. This isn't Walmart! It's Tiffanys. And this came from the store manager! I called the NYC store and they kindly sent me a replacement box, overnight and free of charge. I was expecting better service from the Bal Harbour store. Highly disappointed but thankful the NYC store did the right thing. more
