Champion Honda is by far one of the worst motorcycle shops in the area. I was warned about their terrible customer service but still decided to give them a try. I should have went elsewhere. I had taken by bike in for some routine maintence and got my bike back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. They damaged a few parts on my bike and did not take any blame for it. It is now not rideable and it will cost me a few hundred dollars for the parts that were damaged by Champion Honda. Randy has no clue how to treat customers nor how to communicate with them. I hope that this review helps the next person from making the same mistake that I did.
