I dropped my bike off for repairs on a Thursday and was told it would be ready on the following Tuesday, I received a call on Wednesday telling me they had a quote to do the work. I asked why I was being given a quote, I dropped the bike off with instructions to clean the carbs, and was told it was their technicians job to sell me other services. So I said 'No, thank you' to new spark plugs and an oil change (I had just done that less than 250mi previous to dropping the bike off) and that I would come get the bike. He then tells me that they haven't done any work yet... WTF happened to being ready on Tuesday? He then tries to get me to have my gas tank cleaned out, cuz the gas is bad... I fueled the bike up at BP on my way to the service shop!So... here it is Thursday and I get a call that I can pick up the bike and he asks me if I'm sure I didn't want the extra services!? Then tells me it would only be another $250 to change the oil and 2ea spark plugs... I told him 'Hell no, I can do that myself for $25' and he then starts to berate me cuz he is only doing his job?! Crooks!!!!!!
