I really enjoy Dahn Yoga. Before Dahn Yoga I had diffuclties with managing my time because I had so much to do and could not get everything accomplished. My mind was just raising..... Now since I have been attending the unlimited classes, I am able to focus more on my family, school, and work. I have time for ""ME"" now which was never possible. I recommend any and everyone to join Dahn Yoga in Missouri City, You will be glad you did!!! Be Blessed :)............
