I was pleasantly surprised when they delivered my $5 lunch plate to me last week. The food was fresh! Proportions were great. And I felt that for the price/location, it was a steal.
Not sure about Rambod (other review) but I enjoy the fact that they don't speak much/any English. It makes me believe they make legit Chinese cuisine.
Give them a try. And be weary of the language barrier. I like to think it's part of the experience. And now I eat lunch there almost every day.
