I had an EXCELLENT experience with Shortline. I worked with Delia, and I would highly recommend her. It was my first time buying a car (or buying anything of value for that matter) and she could not have been more helpful. Delia worked with me to make sure I understood all of my options and helped me settle on the perfect car - for me, a Kia Sportage. They didn't have the specific color I wanted on site, but they took care of ordering it from another dealer. Delia even hooked me up with a temporary car to drive in the meantime.
In addition to the lovely Delia, the financial representative was terrific as well. He worked hard to get me the best interest rate and deal he could find, and I could not be happier. Delia's husband Attila also gave me some tips on insurance and a really nice representative to call. Valuable info for someone like me who was unfamiliar with navigating the waters of insurance.
