If the waiter told you the special tonight was $20 but then after you ate your meal he/she brought a bill out for $40, how would you feel about that? That's exactly what happened when I brought my 12 year old daughter for a hair cut. The salon is so disorganized they changed stylists after I made the appt, cut my daughter's hair and THEN told me the rate would be $40 instead of the $19 that Dennis told me I would be charged over the phone when I made the appt. The stylist and front desk staff both tried to argue with me and were defensive and made me pay $26 for a haircut my daughter disliked! Never. Going. Back. Salon has gone way down hill...so many better options in N Tacoma.
