This place is a total rip off. My teenage daughters suprised me with a gift certificate for a soul package including hot stone foot massage, scalp treatment, etc. When I go to redeem it, I am informed they don't honor that package anymore, I would have to go with a more expensive package as they have discontinued that service. A couple of months later, on the morning of, I schedule an eyebrow wax at 2pm, because I am a litlle late, i am informed they will not be able to service me because they only have one person who does that and she is booked at 2:30pm. I guess 20 minutes isn't long enough. I won't be recommending them or using anymore of their services.
