McMenamins already has a reputation for horrible service but the Grand Lodge takes this to a whole new level. It's amazing how a company can operate, seemingly profitably, but provide the absolute worst service of any place around.
Why don't people support all of the excellent brew pubs in and around the Portland area and stop letting mcMenamins get away with such terrible service/food. It's a shame because they have cool places, but I refuse to go back. I'll give my business to someone who cares and wants it!
When and if you get your order taken, the food, if it arrives, is not hot and rarely any good. The beers are ok but nothing amazing. My last experience (and I do mean LAST), we waited for over 45 minutes to get our order (for food) taken. Then after 75 minutes we left. McMenamins brothers - Are you proud of your empire? You should'nt be!
