Gasoline Alley Customers Beware. You must get any guarantee that your salesman makes in writing. If you have a problem management will tell you that they tell their salesmen not to make guarantees. Speaking from experience the vehicle I bought was supposed to pass a safety inspection in another state (which it did not)- it wouldn?t have even passed an inspection in Virginia. When advised of the problem it was suggested that I bring the vehicle back and they would have the vehicle repaired at a price lower than I was quoted in the other state. It was never stated whether they would pay for the repairs or if I would have to pay for the repairs myself. Given the runaround I was given I wouldn?t have even trusted the repairs to be done properly. I had the repairs don in the other state which took two days because parts were not readily available. So get a written guarantee if you choose to make the mistake I did and buy a vehicle from this dealership.
