Wow, where should I begin? Let's see, first I believe this establishment was the very first one of its kind, I mean ""dog and cat grooming""....what is that? Secondly, it's such a BLESSING and honor to have a business like this right around the corner from me with the same ladies running the show. Their mission is to please. If you're not happy, they're not so they'll try to make it right....c'mon noone's purrfect, lol Lastly, let's face it, people, there's always gonna' be ""haters/liars"" who try to bring others down. Queen Village Grooming puts emphasis on the true safety and wellbeing of any dog or cat while grooming them and will continue to do so. After reading that obnoxious, exagerated, and untrue review, I said ""oh no..."" I had to speak out. I know different, my great-great grandmother was one of their first customers!
