My experience at East Bank ON 8/24/11 was wonderful. There is a fresh smell about the place. Love the product that they use on the hair ""Aveda"". The warmth that you receive is incredible. Karen takes her time to hear your hair problems and offers great suggestions. I forget the name of the young lady who shampoos your hair...I wanna say Lisa..may be i am wrong. Oh, she just nicely massages your hair..almost setting the tone for a great experience. Extremely friendly environment. They offer you tea or water when you arrive which is unusual. The whole hair cutting experience is wonderful. I think after many years of searching for a good hairstylist, I think I have found mine. Try it out...worth the effort. I don't live anywhere close by but decided to take that chance. And I am so glad I did. Finicky as I am...take it from me, you will not be DISAPPOINTED.
