Been banking with them for years (until Monday), and I have a few complaints. Odd rules with online banking that can cause you to bounce... several times (even if you have a written register). Things come in at weird times, deposits don't always register, the online register is not always correct, and it is an accident waiting to happen. When it does happen, their customer service is atrocious. The are rude, could care less if it is an error on their end, and seem as if they don't want to be there. The pros are the hours are probably the best in town for those that work odd hours, and their tellers are nice. Another somewhat pro is their low NSF fees, but be careful because they compound quickly (for EVERY transaction below 0). ...Especially when it is an error on their part and it puts all of your funds out of whack, as this has happened twice to me now. more
