I am visiting Colorado Springs and I was invited to lunch at this really nice Cafe & Bakery. The food was to die for, the service very professional and the resturant clean & hip. If I were to make just one recommendation to the management that would be to Xerox new MENUS. The black & white paper menus are very dull and do not compliment the resturant. Where is the COLOR? \r
