I don't usually order from pizza hut since there is a papa john's right across the street my house. But tonight I decided to get some wings from the pizza hut that just opened near my house. I ordered online and received a confirmation email saying it would be at my house in 20 minutes. I hand't realized it but a whole hour had passed and my food didn't arrive yet. When I called they said it left at 10 p.m. And should be on it's way. By 10:30 my food still hadn't gotten here and I was starving!!! I called and they said they had voided my order because the delivery driver called twice and I didn't answer. I waited by my phone and I even came outside too see if he was wandering around. I am now STILL waiting for my food because they had to remake it. I call BS!! What happened to my food if you're a couple blocks away and you just came to my house?! Now I won't get my food until midnight!!!! Well at least I know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow!!! If you want quality service DON'T go to this location!!!!
