First visit! Very hesitant because my father always gets service work done elsewhere. I ask about pricing of oil change before agreeing to have work done. I was told price would be $38.95. Thought that was HIGH, but my father could not get car to regular shop that day. So I agreed to that. After service done, and I got bill. It was $51.03! Wow! I inquired about this, I was told difference because my car took a cartridge filter & oil disposal fee. I hard is it to tell you this up front? I would call this bait & switch. Never going back!!!
