I tried this place out with a Crowd Cut coupon for a mani/pedi. The person who did my mani/pedi was nice enough, and enthusiastic, but clearly not a nail technician. I checked her card as I was checking out, and sure enough, a hair stylist only. It took forever because she didn't really know what she was doing, and my fingers clearly show that as well. I could have done a better job at home. My toes look ok, I did get a good deal, and it was clear that they do have nail technicians working there who I'm sure do a great job. But I guess because I had a coupon I didn't get an appointment with someone who has experience actually doing nails. I also agree with the other reviewer about the lack of professionalism. Although everyone seems friendly, they were hostile and insulting about a customer behind her back in front of several other customers. I'm sure there are some terrible customers that come in, but talk about it away from other paying customers! If you have a coupon, consider yourself warned.
