I thought the service was wonderful, But if you have to clean the shower before you take a shower there is a BAD PROBLEM! Also the floors made our socks BLACK! I'm a neat freak, but I know that you have to not expect it to look like your home, but really dirty shower and black socks isn't my kind of comfort. Also there was some kind of fling bug and it wasn't a fly. I'm not sure what was under the bed either, someone elses trash?? That's why it gets only a EH! we will not be back!
