I went to Rusans a few days ago with some friends, and let me be the first to say that Rusans in Rome is the best sushi place for your wallet. For that kind of food, it's definitely worth every penny. The service was excellent with its new manager and well-trained staff. Most importantly the food was delicious. The taste really brings in the Japanese and some fusion vibe. Don't be afraid to try things on the menu that are out of your comfort zone because everything is tasty and plated beautifully.
