I love the merchandise in this store. They really have a unique store and so many awesome items. However, their customer service is BEYOND POOR. I received a gift from this store and the bracelet did not fit properly so I took it into the store to see if they would honor an exchange since it was a gift. I was even willing to pay any difference in price or forfeit any refund since the bracelet I wanted was cheaper than the one I received as a gift. Unfortunately they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was even more concerned that the Owner displayed the worst customer service in front of her young employees and 2 other customers in the store. I will continue to shop at this store because I love their merchandise however, their customer service skills need to be improved. It is unflattering to be so rude and at like snobs to be people that have made your store successful by being returning customers. more
