I have lost hundreds of dollars taking time off work waiting around for these guys and being stood up! If you schedule an appointment with these clowns be prepared to take half a day off work at least 2 to 3 times to fix a simple problem! So here is what went down. I scheduled an appointment for a faulty control knob on my new double oven. I am given a 4 hour window when this guy may show up. I wait till 6:00 which was ? hour after he should have shown, I call the office and I am told he never stands his customers up (please see other reviews about them consistently missing appointments) They make another appointment and I tell them to bring a new knob control this time. They show up this time late making me wait 5 hours for them AND they have no knob control! So they schedule ANOTHER appointment and make me wait as usual and finally replace the knob just as I had told them was bad originally. So I am now out a full DAY AND A HALF from work! THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST!!!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
