Overall we have had very positive experiences with this practice. Office staff is friendly, helpful, will explain anything you need.
But our last experience was a little unsettling. We have two kids, one was in because he was sick. They offered to give both of them yearly flu shots. Then, they charged for two office visits - even though no doctor ever saw the second one. In my opinion, totally fraudulent billing. I'm seriously considering filing a complaint with the Texas Insurance commission.
