I have a Dacor Epicure range so there are 2 repair services in the area who are qualified to work on them. Royal has been on the list for Dacor for many years so I used them. When I called I told them what was wrong with the Dacor and spoke to the parts guy and he told me they have the part and would send it with the repair person. When the guy arrived he told me he did not bring the part but wanted to diagnose it first. I told him that Dacor and the parts person and Royal had already diagnosed it and I was told they would send the part with the repair man. He called and the parts guy denied that he had told me he had the part. I then had to wait another 3 days and got an additional charge in addition to the part that was over $300. Spare yourself aggrevation and call the next one on the list. I will NEVER use this company again. Their prices are at least $100 more in labor than their competitors and I do not trust their work.
