I have been going to Dr. Shangold for years and have been very happy with my experience. Although there are times that I have to wait up to an hour after my appointment time, I think that is to be expected anywhere you go in the city. Her medical assistants are wonderful so friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. Her assistants are always very pleasant and helpful anytime Ive had any problems or needed an appointment. Dr. Shangold herself is wonderful. She is thorough and very knowledgeable, and she always takes time to explain everything and answer all of my questions.Gigi
