Americus Diamond has a 10days return policy if you are not happy with your purchase. They honored the policy but not gratefully. Some sale floor staff were very nice but the managers and few other sale staff were not. I upgraded my ring within the 10days period and I don't understand why the managers and few staff gave me attitude and look.
