By far the worst bowling experience I have ever had. Our lane malfunctioned multiple times, preventing the pins from being re-stacked and wasting our time. A staff member came by minutes after we requested help and ""fixed"" it, but it almost immediately broke and continued to malfunction throughout the night. They assigned us a new lane, but continued to charge us for our original lane (ridiculous!)
Our group was also mislead about the pricing of the bowling as well, and the manager rudely refused to honor the $12.99 unlimited bowling after 9 promotion, eventually angrily stating that we were ""pissing [him] off."" Hardly the way to keep customers! Stay away at all costs.
