We have used Roto-Rooter many times but this one was above and beyond. Sewer line leakage. Roto-Rooter responded immediately. The plumbers from Sunnyvale, CA saved the day. They helped bridge the gap in finding a clean team (Water Damage Experts AWESOME!!) Then proceeded to begin work the next morning. All pipes had to be replaced under the house and a new clean out installed. It was a three day job. I cannot say enough about the professionalism shown by all employees, especially Octavius Sumon Tech # 7710 and Luis Galindo, Tech #0211 and their boss Mike Gaub. Being in a hotel for three days was the worst part. We even got to check out early! The rest was pleasant because they made it pleasant to work with Roto-Rooter. They always respected my home with their little blue booties and did an amazing clean up afterward. These guys deserve a HUGE round of applause (and some serious recognition) for all the sweat and major heavy lifting involved. Thank you for rescueing us during this messy time. And Sheila at the Sunnyvale office, thanks for helping us sort out the paperwork and making it professional and pleasant to the very end. Hope to not call on you again any time soon! HA!
