Walked in at 5:05pm on a Sunday evening. Not too overly crowded. Asked about the next kids race (8-15) was told it would not start until 5:45. Okay. Our kid really wanted to ride so we bought one $20 race. Asked how long before the race he would be called and was told it would be about 6 min before race start. 5:45 came and went. When we asked it would be in 2 races. When that came and went it would be two races, etc. You get the picture. At 6:18 the kids were called back for their briefing and then racing.
Kid had lots of fun and loved it. Doubtful we will ever go back though. Too much of jerking around the customers.
Oh, and we were not the only ones continuing to inquire as to when the race would ever start.
